Important Reminders

1. Blood samples required:
   For adults, 10 mls venous blood in yellow-topped ACD or lavender-topped EDTA tubes. For infants or small children, 2-5 mls in pediatric or small tubes
2. Send blood and fresh tumor samples to Solutions at room temperature; DO NOT REFRIGERATE
3. LABEL SAMPLES CORRESPONDING TO REQUISITION FORM
